The hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is fantastic, situated right in front of the vaporetto station and very close to the Lido boat stop. Being located on a remote island adds to the charm and tranquility of the hotel. The staff provide excellent service and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The rooms are of great size, some with a view on Gran Viale, and come with a nice bathroom. Additionally, breakfast is included in the rate and includes hot milk.

A really good hotel within an affordable price range for Venice. The hotel staff were very helpfull , rooms were clean and spacious . The breakfast was good with a good variety of food to choose from . Also hotel was not far from the vaporetto water buses . Overall a really good hotel i would have no problem staying there again.

We loved the excellent location of this hotel. It was conveniently situated on the main street and within walking distance of the taxi boat, coffee shops, and bars. Additionally, it was just a short stroll from the beach and very near the Vaporetto stop. The large room and good-sized bathroom were clean and comfortable, providing us with a pleasant stay. We also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The presence of good restaurants and a supermarket nearby was a convenient bonus.

Almost perfect. WiFi prices were steep, but cafes close by offered free wifi.

The staff were very helpful as we had a wedding to attend at 1300 and allowed us to check in earlier at 1215 so we could get dressed. They were all very helpful and polite throughout our stay.The hotel is easy to find from the ferry.

The noise from outside was very bad at night but that can be expected due to the location on the main road though the Lido. There could have been more choice and better tea at breakfast. The 4 euro supplement for scrambled egg was a bit unfair.

This hotel has a wonderful location on Lido Island, making it easy to access Venice via the vaporetto. The hotel is conveniently located just in front of the vaporetto station, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, the rooms are great in size and come with nice bathrooms, providing a comfortable stay. And the breakfast included in the rate was a nice touch, with hot milk available.

All in all, this hotel was fantastic, with nothing that needed improvement.

From the moment we checked in to the last interaction....the hotel staff at Hotel Helvetia was rude, impatient and combative about any and all of our concerns. We left this hotel feeling alienated and just plain defeated after trying to communicate and resolve some problems which came up. Our group of nine people were totally unhappy with our stay at this otherwise attractive hotel....all because of a very unhospitable and downright rude staff working the front desk. We will actively discourage anyone we know from booking at this hotel!!!!

For summer time (July) Hotel Helvetia have a perfect location on a Lido Di Venezia. You can have beach and city trip vacations in a one place. The hotel is very clean, breakfast is good too.
